         Our Operations Manager, Chad Rickard, has been with Baird Homes of Distinction for 10 years. He and his family, lovely wife Tammy, oldest son Cain and twins Callie and Chase, live in a manufactured home in the country side of Pekin. Chad loves doing his part in helping people through the process of home ownership and has seen hundreds of projects through to completion. During his time at Baird Homes he has dealt with every type of financing program out there.

      Roddy Humphrey has been with Baird Homes for 20 years. He, his wife and their four children have recently welcomed their first grandchild to the family. When Roddy is not taking care of customers he is involved in family and church.   Roddy's experience with site development, home selction and financing is complimented by  his knowledge of conventional loans, FHA, VA, Indiana Housing, and USDA Rural Development as well as on the lot financing.        Caleb Rickard, is our newest addition and has been with Baird for two years.
